According to Ahmad (2007) in his article “Solution to transportation woes,” public transportation is important to most countries. In 2020 Malaysians should be able to be transported around the country by using the public transportation, without using their cars. The Malaysian government goal is to make 40% of Malaysian people use public transportation. The train is the best way to transfer people and goods in many countries and should be in Malaysia too. Some of the advantages of trains are that they can carry a normal number of people, and they can help to decease the traffic in the big city. Also, using the train will decrease the use of the energy. The Malaysian government should improve its public transportation. Most public transportation companies lose their money in this business; because of that, the government should support them. The public transportation in general is faster than private transportation. The government should raise the gas price to force people to use trains and buses.
The world now is facing a big issue, which is the transportation problem. Lots of countries a retrying to figure out many solutions to fix this issue. Many people should start thinking about using public transportation rather than private transportation. Also, the train probably has the same speed that the car has or is faster, and the train fits many people in it. The public transportation such as using train has many benefits, for example, it's safer, it's comfortable and it's more environmentally friendly.
First, people should stop traveling by car and start to traveling by train because the train is more safe than cars. Moreover, when people travel by train, that will decrease the number of cars on the highways, which will make the accidents go down. Therefore, for people who could not drive for a long time, travel by train will solve their problem. For example, one of my cousins fell asleep while he was driving on the highway, and he had an accident. There is another important thing, which is the danger of the road; some people stop their cars on the highway because of a technical matter and that makes their life in danger. For example, if a person gets trouble on the highway and he has a lot of money maybe some bad people will come in and rob him.
Second, people should focus to travel by train, because it is more comfortable than travel by car. Also, travel by train gives people more opportunity to feel relaxed on their trip. Travel by train gives people the opportunity to enjoy their trip because traveling by the car needs some focusing. For example, when people travel by train they can enjoy and see all the beautiful views on the high way such as the nature. Furthermore, the train has the good qualities that the car does not have, such as restaurant and bathroom. When people travel by train they can sleep or play, because they do not need to be stressful about the road. On the other hand, if a person travels by car he needs to be awake until he reaches his destination.
Third, people should start to use the public transportation because that will help to reduce the air pollution. Using cars too much leads to polluting the air in many ways; for example, the smoke that comes out of the car. Also, when we use the air conditioners that means we burn more gas, which means increasing the air pollution. In addition, there is air pollution that comes from using the car tires. If people like to help their environment and reduce the pollutions there are many things to do. The first thing is that we should decrease using a car and use the public transportation, which will reduce the air pollution. Moreover, we can use the bus, which means we can stop more than thirty cars and replace it with just one car.
Finally, if people would like to help their environment and make it healthier, they can, but they should try their best to stop the private transportation and use the public transportation.

Transit Authority
According to Nussbaum (2007) in his article “Study: City's Commute Shifting: Suggestions of a Surprising Gain for Mass Transit,” this is the first time that the use of private cars has decreased. Also, he says, by the year 2005 studies show that when the gas price went up the use of private cars declined. He also says that this decrease in automobile use will increase if the prices of gas stay high. Moreover, he named some big cities in the U.S. that raised the percentage of people using the Transit Authority by the year 2005. Furthermore, the author states that we should support this service. So, we can encourage the people to use it. In addition, we should lower the price of this service to lead everybody to use it and prefer it. Finally, in Philadelphia, they are trying very hard to get drivers’ attention on the Transit Authority.
It is apparent that the author’s opinion is right in this article. There are many things that we can do to increase the Transit Authority use. First, we should reduce the price of the public transportation. Second, we have to expand public transport systems. Third, we should make the public transportation more comfortable to make people start to use it.
First of all, we should reduce the price of the public transportation. The government should control the public transportation price. They can make this service cost a nominal fee so everybody can use it. For example, this way works very will in Egypt, so to get in the bus you pay nothing, so a lot of people decide that they do not need cars anymore. Also, a lot of people cannot afford the car price and for them the public transportation is a good idea. Moreover, they can create a membership card, so that the more you use the card, the more credit you get. For example, you get a free ride or collect points, then you can go anywhere you want out of the city. In addition, the government should support the companies and make them have competition in getting the bigger number of customers by offering cheaper prices.
Secondly, we have to expand the public transport systems. The government should have public transport stations everywhere in the city. For example, in Saudi Arabia the Transit Authority dose not work at all; and the reason, Is that there are no stations anywhere. I think in Riyadh we have one station only in the main streets and that’s it. so nobody uses it; and we do not use them anymore. Also we have only one train and it dos not go everywhere in the country. Furthermore, they have to organize the time, so you can arrive at your work or at the place you wanted to go to on time. In addition, we also face this problem in Saudi Arabia. Moreover, it is a good idea if they offer a transport to different cities because when people think that when they want to travel to another city, they can go by bus, they will think that they do not need cars anymore.
Finally, we should make the public transportation more comfortable to make people start to use it. If companies start to take care of people comfortably, they will convince people to use the public transportation. They can do that by taking care of the air conditioner, making the place clean, and using good smile spray several times a day. Moreover, they should use new buses and try to not use old ones with noisy voices. Furthermore, they can make a membership card so they will make it very easy for people, because they do not have to carry cash with them; and they can refill their balance in the internet or in the supermarket.
In conclusion, the public transpiration will help the environment. There are many things that we can do to increases the use of the Transit Authority. The Oil Price
According to Murray (2008) in his article, “Oil: A global crisis,” the oil price has increased to 300% of the real price because of the Iraq war. Also, he says that Dr Salameh, who is the oil economist, recommends that the Iraq war should stop, so the oil price will go back to the regular price which is $40 a barrel. Moreover, the author says that Goldman Sachs mentions that the oil price may increase five times more by the next year. Furthermore, he says the oil financial support may stop from the countries that cannot pay for it. Besides, Dr Salameh mentions that three years Iraq had offered the U.S. that they would give them oil if they quit the extracting from Iraq and if this happened the oil price would be regular. In addition, he says that the decrease of the oil use in the developed countries might help to reduce the oil cost.
It is apparent that the author’s opinion is right in this article. There are many things that affect on the oil price. First, the Iraq war had an effect on the oil price. Second, the OPEC should do something about the oil price. Third, the Middle East, and Europe should do something about the Iraq war and the U.S. policy.

Therefore, we should stop this war because as a result it does not affect the Middle East and Iraq only, but also the entire world. by the increasing of the oil price there are some countries that have been affected in an economic way because of this rise in the oil price.
Second, the OPEC should do something about the oil price. The OPEC should control the oil price and put a limit on the increase of the oil price. Also, they should push the oil producer countries to support the poor countries or the countries that can not afford for the oil because of the huge increase in the oil price now.
Third, the Middle East and Europe should do something about the Iraq war and the U.S. policy. They should stop the United States from taking advantage of the Iraq oil and hurting the entire world; even the American society has been affected by the oil price.
In conclusion, the oil cost has increased in a scary way, and we should stop it. In addition, there are many things that affect on the oil price. The Iraq war had effect on the oil price. The OOEC should do something about the oil price.
The Middle East and Europe should do something about Iraq war and the U.S. policy.
